The Aqua Stadium was one of Waterfall City’s many attractions, a large structure devoted to swimming and water play. Water slides — the Big-Snake Water Slide and the Little-Snake Slide — ran from the Upper Slide Pool down to a large open pool, the Water Arena, and a pod of dolphins visited the caverns under the Stadium, which gladly played with the swimmers. Windows were set in the sides of the subterranean caverns for those who would rather just watch the dolphins and fish. Ranks of seats were provided for those who would rather watch the swimmers or the water shows that are also performed here every evening by aquatic saurians, dolphins, and their human riders. Its high walls were also a favored landing place for pterosaurs and for the gliders that shuttle to and from Dinotopia, which land on the Flight Platform.
